The site operates under the name UF0RS STUDIO. Contact for personal-data requests: hello@uf0rs.studio. The owner’s legal name and postal address are not provided here; use this email for requests.

The contact form sends your name, email and message to the contactEmail address configured on the site (hello@uf0rs.studio by default). After submission, this information, your IP address and the submission time are stored in SQLite for no longer than 365 days and then automatically deleted. The mail provider may also process the email under its own terms.

Technical logs may contain your IP address, requested URL, time and browser details. IP addresses are used for rate limiting and may appear in the administrator audit log for security.

The site does not use advertising or analytics services. Language and cookie choices are stored in your browser. Admin records, password hashes, OTP codes, sessions and contact messages are stored in a local SQLite database; messages are automatically deleted after 365 days.

The owner’s legal name, postal address and applicable legal basis are not provided here. The site owner must add this information in accordance with applicable law. This notice describes technical data processing and is not legal advice.

IP addresses are also used to prevent abuse: rate-limit records are visible to the administrator and deleted within 24 hours. IP addresses for administrator actions are visible only in the private admin panel and deleted from the audit log after 365 days. A contact message and its IP address are visible to the administrator and deleted together within 365 days. Hosting providers may keep separate proxy-server logs under their own retention settings.
